So what happens in a coaching session?<\/strong><\/p>\n

First, we begin with a brief “getting present to the moment” meditation<\/a> so we can both be in a state of\u00a0connection and clarity to make the most of our time together to serve your intentions and to help you get in touch with what you really want to receive and to achieve.<\/p>\n

Then you bring up what you are wanting to work on.\u00a0 Together we tune into the energy to find any energetic blocks to achieving your goals.<\/p>\n

Next, we clear any blocks you are having\u00a0by using\u00a0energy tools so you can\u00a0get more fully in touch with\u00a0your\u00a0essence and your\u00a0power\u00a0to move forward.<\/p>\n

Next we create an action\u00a0step or steps for you to take\u00a0that move you\u00a0toward your goal. We include a plan for accountability so you can stick with it.<\/p>\n

Sessions can be one time support OR\u00a0a series to keep your life unfolding in all the best ways that your heart desires.<\/p>\n
